Mark Yusko is the Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Morgan Creek Capital Management. He is also the Managing Partner of Morgan Creek Digital. Morgan Creek Capital Management was founded in 2004 and currently manages close to $2 billion in discretionary and non-discretionary assets. Prior to founding Morgan Creek, Mr. Yusko was CIO and Founder of UNC Management Company (UNCMC), the Endowment investment office for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before that, he was Senior Investment Director for the University of Notre Dame Investment Office.

Mr. Yusko has been at the forefront of institutional investing throughout his career. An early investor in alternative asset classes at Notre Dame, he brought the Endowment Model of investing to UNC, which contributed to significant performance gains for the Endowment. Jurrien Timmer is the Director of Global Macro at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading
provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits
outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and
individuals.

Jurrien is part of Fidelity’s Global Asset Allocation group, where he specializes in asset allocation and
global macro strategy. Jurrien has been at Fidelity for 27 years and has close to four decades of
experience in the industry. He appears frequently in the media and can be seen on CNBC, Bloomberg,
and Fox Business. He is also on social media via Twitter & LinkedIn.

Prior to assuming his current position in 2005, Mr. Timmer held various other roles within Fidelity,
including director of market research and technical research analyst. He also co-managed Fidelity Global
Strategies Fund from 2007 to 2014. Before joining Fidelity in 1995, Mr. Timmer was a vice president in
the Fixed Income group at ABN AMRO Bank in New York. He has been in the investments industry since

Jurrien earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Babson College. He was born and raised a Dutch citizen in Aruba, but has been living in the United States all of his adult life. He became a US

Leah Wald is an economist with an expertise in asset management focusing on value investing. She co-founded Valkyrie with CIO Steven McClurg, after a career spanning NGOs, the World Bank, and asset management. 

Prior roles include a stint at Vital Financial, where Ms. Wald spearheaded investment strategies for multi-billion dollar asset managers on global macro strategy; Ms. Wald was also partner at Lucid Investment Strategies, an asset management firm specializing in cryptocurrency investments. Additionally, she worked at the World Bank Group and co-founded Veterati, a mentorship platform assisting unemployed and transitioning US veterans to secure meaningful employment.

Robert is the CEO and founder of Compound Labs. Compound Labs created the Compound Protocol, a leading algorithmic, autonomous interest rate protocol; and Compound Treasury, a crypto-powered cash management solution designed for corporate treasuries and institutions.

Robert began his career in finance with Discover Financial Services and HPM Partners. He subsequently founded two software companies and worked as a product lead at Postmates.  Robert graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.  He is also an investor at Robot Ventures, which focuses on seed investments in fintech and crypto companies.

Brent Johnson brings over twenty years of experience in the financial markets to his position as CEO of Santiago Capital where he manages $175mm for High Net Worth families via separately managed accounts and private funds.  

Brent enjoyed more than nine years as a Managing Director at BakerAvenue Asset Management, a $2 Billion Asset Manager and Wealth Management firm, with offices in San Francisco, Dallas and New York.  He was the lead advisor for several of the firms largest clients.  

Before joining BakerAvenue, Brent spent nine years at Credit Suisse in their private client group. He got his start as part of the training program at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in New York prior to moving to San Francisco. Tyrone leads J.P. Morgan’s Blockchain & Crypto team and is responsible for creating innovative Web3-focused products & solutions for J.P. Barbara Widholm is in Product Development, Digital Assets, NA, at State Street’s newest division focused on digital assets and technologies, encompassing the setup of a new integrated business and operating model to support clients’ entire digital investment cycle from pre-trade, trade, and post-trade as well as other initiatives designed to enhance the client experience.

Barbara joined State Street in EMEA in April 2016, where she started in the Global Markets FX Sales/RM for StreetFX and Indirect FX. Since then, she has worked in numerous roles and locations focused on Data Management, Pre-Sales Engineering and Product Development for all Segments. She relocated to Boston in 2019 to work for Alpha Data Management and Pre-Sales Engineering for Alternatives, Asset Owners, Asset Managers and Insurance.

Prior to joining State Street, she has worked globally in the US, UK, Germany starting at Goldman Sachs in London with a focus on Back office and Legal Documentation.

Barbara holds two Master of Science degrees. Michael has been a student of markets and market structure, for nearly 30 years. Amy is head of the emerging market equity investment business with investors based in New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai and Riyadh. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2001 and has over 21 years of experience. She was previously chief operating officer of the emerging markets equity business, and held roles in FX trading, portfolio management support, and product development and strategy. Amy started her career in internet consulting before transitioning to finance. Matt is the CEO and Co-Founder of Alluvial Finance. Alluvial is building the enterprise liquid staking standard. Mike Castiglione joined Eventus as Director of Regulatory Affairs, Digital Assets in February
2022 where he focuses on preparing clients for the range of global rules that could affect crypto

Bill Barhydt - born in New York City, and currently residing near San Francisco - is a serial entrepreneur and pioneer in Internet and media technologies for 30 years.

Limaris is an award-winning cybersecurity/blockchain engineer with a wide range of experience in different computing and networking systems. Ben’s professional background consists of investing, advising and operating financial technology companies. Most recently, he was recognized by Forbes as a member of the 2022 Forbes 30- Under-30 class for his achievements in Finance. He is currently the head of corporate development at Figment, the market-leading blockchain infrastructure provider for institutions that was recently valued at $1.4bn from private equity firm Thoma Bravo. Previously, he was the Director of Product at Fidelity Digital Assets, focused on building the institutional infrastructure to support custody and trading of crypto assets. Prior to that Ben led the corporate development effort for Symbiont, an enterprise FinTech company creating the next generation of financial markets infrastructure using blockchain technology. Before Symbiont, Ben was an associate at SenaHill Partners, a merchant bank where he advised and invested in early-stage FinTech companies. He started his career as an equity trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Sunny Aggarwal is a Co-Founder of Osmosis Labs, a developer team building the Osmosis Zone AMM laboratory on the Cosmos SDK. Osmosis is an advanced Automated Market-Making (AMM) protocol focused on privacy, AMM design, and the rapidly expanding interchain.

Sunny’s been developing blockchain technologies since he was an engineering student at UC Berkeley, where he co-founded the world-renowned Blockchain at Berkeley student org. Rasheed Saleuddin is head of research at Blockworks. He is also a fintech and crypto VC as well as a co chair of the DeFi research working group at the University of Cambridge.
