She is focused on simple sensemaking of the world economy and all its complexities. She is a partner of The Monaco Foundry, a startup incubator and a Senior Advisor to Avonhurst, a solutions oriented legal and consulting firm. She is the Chairman of The BSI subcommittee on drone manufacturing standards (ACE 22) and lecturer in the Duke Fuqua Global MBA program. She was a co-founder of a firm in the drone/autonomy space that won a 2020 CogX award and the 2020 National Technology Award. She is also a popular public speaker on policy, tech and geopolitics. She won the 2021 Independent Press Award for the Best Book on Leadership for her bestseller, the Infinite Leader. She won both the 2019 Business Book of the Year for The Leadership Lab and the 2020 Independent Press Award. She has been named a leading Woman in Tech by We Are Tech Women and the top 50 Women in Tech by AccelerateHer.

Glenn Barber is the Head of Sales &amp; Business Development, Americas at&nbsp;Copper.co. – a pioneering digital assets custody and settlement provider. Prior to joining&nbsp;Copper, Glenn led sales as a consultant at FalconX, an institutional digital asset brokerage, and he was also the Chief Institutional Officer at Voyager Digital, a publicly-traded holding company whose subsidiaries operate a crypto-asset platform to trade crypto assets. Glenn also has over 25 years experience in global capital markets, and was a Managing Director in Equities at Deutsche Bank and Barclays.



Glenn holds a Masters in international Management and Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BSc in Business Administration and Management.

Asen Kostadinov is Copper’s head of strategy and joined the company from MMC Ventures where he led the blockchain/crypto investment portfolio and also led the fund's research department.



Prior to his career in venture capital, he spent four years as an equity research analyst at Barclays, covering European media and video and internet gaming.



Previously, Asen worked in the aerospace industry as an engineer the Airbus Flight Physics Division, after completing his engineering degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics. Asen is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

From 2011 to 2016, Roy served as a Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research. Previously, he served as an analyst and portfolio manager at Bain Capital, J.P. He was born and raised near Detroit, Michigan, and graduated from high school in San Antonio, Texas. USA Today named him to its All-USA High School Academic First Team, honoring the top 20 high school seniors in the country.
