Andrew is Chief Compliance Officer at Zodia Markets, where he leads the compliance function including surveillance, financial crime and regulatory affairs across the organisation.
Zodia Markets is a digital asset exchange and brokerage by Standard Chartered and OSL. It combines institutional-grade levels of regulatory compliance, risk management, transparency and integrity with cutting-edge digital asset trading technology.
Previously, as Head of Global Authorisations at Revolut, Andrew built the Global Authorisations Department responsible for all regulatory applications from initial licence scoping through to becoming authorised and operational entities. Andrew started his career in financial services consulting at Accenture and PA Consulting before moving to the FCA to specialise in regulation, financial crime and supervision. At the FCA he was a Lead Supervisor for one of the UK’s largest wholesale banks as well as working closely with Markets Supervision. Moving into FinTech regulation, he worked with the FCA’s Innovation Hub to encourage and support ground-breaking financial products and services within the UK and abroad.
He holds a Master of Arts degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
