Angela Dalton founded Signum Growth Capital, an M&A Advisory and capital raising firm, which also invests, with a focus on the intersection of video gaming, art, esports, music, blockchain, crypto and the emergence of digital economies in "the Metaverse." She served as a Managing Director for three investment banking firms - UBS, Evercore and Guggenheim Partners - and has 20 years of experience in Technology, Media and Telecom capital markets. At Evercore, she was an initial investor and Co-Founder of the Equities business in 2010, building out its Research, Sales and Trading teams prior to Evercore’s acquisition of ISI. Signum Growth Capital serves as Lead Advisor to ARK Invest in the US and to the Web3 Foundation in Zug, Switzerland. Angie serves on the Advisory Boards of Mythical Games, a next generation video gaming company in LA, Wall Street Blockchain Alliance in NYC, and Perpetual Altruism in London, UK.
