With over 15 years of experience in traditional finance at bulge bracket banks such as Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, Catherine has a deep and extensive background across multiple asset classes and products, with a particular expertise in structured derivatives and derivative solutions. Catherine is at the forefront of accelerating institutional growth, developing an institutional-grade product stack at Binance that includes industry-first solutions bridging traditional financial institutions with the cryptocurrency industry. Her leadership has been instrumental in launching such first-to-market products, positioning Binance as the trusted crypto asset platform of choice for institutions and high-net-worth clients. Catherine holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST as well as dual BA degrees in Economics and International Relations from National Taiwan University.
