Claire is the Head of Institutional at Gemini, where she’s responsible for leading a global team of business development professionals and driving institutional client adoption of digital assets. Prior to joining Gemini in 2021, Ms Ching was a Director in the Global Fixed Income division of Deutsche Bank, managing key institutional client relationships with a focus on foreign exchange spot and derivatives trading. She started her career as an Investor Relations and Business Development Associate at Avenue Capital, a global distressed credit hedge fund which had 20 billion in AUM. Ms. Ching received her B.A from University of Pennsylvania (2006) and her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (2013).
