Diego Fernández is the Founder and CEO of Sovra, a ZK-powered blockchain specializing in self-sovereign identity, property, and registry solutions. He is also the co-creator of QuarkID, the first government-backed decentralized identity protocol in Latin America, built on Ethereum. Previously, he served as the Secretary of Innovation of Buenos Aires, leading the city’s digital transformation initiatives.
