Leon Marshall is Managing Director, CEO of Galaxy Europe, and Global Head of Sales at Galaxy Digital. Previously Marshall led the global sales team at Genesis Global Trading and was responsible for accelerating Genesis’ client acquisition and revenue expansion strategy. Marshall began his career on the sell-side at UBS as a commodity options trader. He subsequently held senior portfolio management roles at Swiss commodities firm Trafigura and US private equity firm Apollo Management. Prior to Galaxy, Marshall also served as an advisor on strategy and business development and co-authored blockchain research papers for crypto firms in London and Berlin. Marshall holds an MBA and is a recipient of the Sari Scholarship from London Business School. He also holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford.
