Marshall is Gemini's Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a broad array of global commercial and operational activities. In his current role he leads and manages a variety of teams, including Strategy & Corporate Development, International, Institutional, Trading, Business Development (Gemini and Nifty Gateway), Marketing, Communications, Customer Support, and Client Services. Marshall previously held leadership roles on Gemini’s Corporate Development and Finance teams.

Before joining Gemini in 2018, Marshall was the Chief of Staff at digital media brand Barstool Sports where he focused on corporate strategy and operations. Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant on PricewaterhouseCoopers’ mergers and acquisitions team, after starting his career as an analyst at Prudential Financial
