Matt McElroy is Vice President, Digital Business Operations & Innovation for Warner Brothers Discovery Sports. In this role, Matt oversees business operations for NBA Digital, live PPV events on Bleacher Report as well as WBD Sport’s growing efforts to put live sports on Max. He also leads a number of emerging Web 3 initiatives for the company including Blocklete Golf and B/R Watch to Earn, among others.
Previously Matt helped launch B/R Live, Turner Sports' premium live sports streaming subscription product, which transitioned into Bleacher Report in 2021. During his 17-year tenure at Turner/WarnerMedia/Warner Brothers Discovery, McElroy has worked in various roles across the media portfolio including time at Cartoon Network, PGATOUR.COM, NCAA.COM, as well as Corporate Strategy and Emerging Media teams.
McElroy earned his MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and his bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida State University.
