Micki Koonin is co-founder and Chief of Staff at Paradigm. Previously she was a volatility trader at Wolverine Trading, a proprietary trading firm, trading US Indexes and Commodity derivatives for 10 years. She holds a Master's in Software Engineering from DePaul University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Decision Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
