Morgan Krupetsky is VP of Onchain Finance at Ava Labs, where she leads global business development for blockchain-enabled financial services. She works with institutions across banking, asset management, and fintech to leverage the Avalanche platform for applications spanning tokenization, DeFi, payments and treasury, and capital markets.

Her focus is on bridging the gap between traditional finance and decentralized ecosystems—driving adoption through education, hands-on support for institutional deployment, and strategic partnerships with leading onchain protocols.

Prior to Ava Labs, Morgan spent over a decade at Citi. She began her career on the Institutional FX & Macro sales desk, covering hedge funds, asset managers, and pension funds, before serving as Chief of Staff to Citi’s Chief Compliance Officer.
