Mriganka Pattnaik is the CEO and co-founder of Merkle Science, leading the overall vision and strategic direction, fundraising, and sales of the company. Mriganka previously led growth and business expansion in Southeast Asia and India for London-based retail cryptocurrency exchange Luno prior to its acquisition by blockchain investment firm Digital Currency Group. During his tenure at Luno, Mriganka supported strategy and country-specific execution across three continents, giving him first-hand knowledge of the compliance challenges faced by digital asset businesses in diverse jurisdictions and the critical role regulations play in the industry’s health and sustainable growth. 

Before Luno, Mriganka was part of the global investment banking team at Bank of America for the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. Mriganka holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
