Shawn Douglass is the Co-founder and CEO of Amberdata, the leading provider of global digital asset infrastructure. With a career spanning technology, finance, and investments, he has been a driving force behind innovation in cloud computing, data analytics, and digital asset markets. Prior to founding Amberdata, Shawn served as President of Software and CTO at Unified, where he led the development of the company’s rapidly growing SaaS offerings in cross-platform data management, analytics, and reporting. Previously, as CTO of ServiceMesh (acquired by CSC), he shaped the strategy and vision for the ServiceMesh Agility Platform, playing a pivotal role in IT transformation for Global 2000 enterprises. Shawn also served as Managing Director at EMC Ventures, where he spearheaded strategic investments in cloud computing, cybersecurity, big data, and emerging technologies. A recognized cloud visionary, he has spent over a decade shaping the enterprise cloud operating model and driving the adoption of disruptive business innovations. Throughout his career, Shawn has held roles as a Board Member, Operating Executive, Technologist, Advisor, and Investor. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
