Tom Zschach is a senior technology and innovation executive with more than threr decades of experience building and operating mission critical infrastructure for global financial markets. As Chief Innovation Officer at SWIFT, he leads initiatives shaping the future of cross border payment and digital finance, working closely with the global financial community. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer at CLS Group and LCH.Clearnet, where he sat on executive management teams and defined enterprise technology strategy. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital across rates, currencies, equities, and prime brokerage. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Finance from California State University and an Executive MBA from TRIUM.
