Michael Shaulov, a renowned cybersecurity entrepreneur, is the CEO and co-founder of Fireblocks, the leading secure digital asset infrastructure company. Prior to Fireblocks, he co-founded Lacoon Mobile Security, which was acquired by Check Point, where he was then appointed the Head of Products, Mobile and Cloud Security.In 2017, the infamous Lazarus Group hacked into four South Korean exchanges and stole $200M of Bitcoin. Working for the cybersecurity leader Check Point at the time, the would-be founders of Fireblocks were part of the task force that investigated the massive cyber breach. It was this assignment that gave Michael and his two co-founders the inspiration to start Fireblocks.Michael is also a recognized industry speaker, delivering talks at RSA Conference, BlackHat, and Infosec. Before his commercial endeavors, Michael pioneered the mobile security field in Israel’s elite Unit 8200, where he received the Israeli Presidential Excellency Honor for his contributions. Before her current role as principal at Castle Island Ventures, she was director of research at Fidelity Digital Assets, and previously a senior analyst at Circle Research, a spin-off of digital payments giant Circle. Prior to that, Bhutoria worked as an equity research analyst at Credit Suisse. Her work has given her prominent status in the Bitcoin industry, as Fidelity was one of the first asset managers to embrace Bitcoin openly.

Prior to starting CMT Digital, Colleen co-founded Sullivan Wolf Kailus, a boutique law firm that specializes in hedge fund, private equity, venture capital, digital assets, and other alternative investment products. Bart Smith is Head of the FICC, ETF &amp; Portfolio Trading Group at Susquehanna International Group (SIG). Mr. Steinberg founded WisdomTree and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1998 and from August 2012 to September 2019 as a President. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since October 1988, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors from October 1988 to November 2004. He also served as Editor-in-Chief of Individual Investor and Ticker, two magazines formerly published by WisdomTree. Mr. Steinberg was responsible for the creation and development of WisdomTree’s proprietary index methodology. Prior to founding WisdomTree, Mr. Steinberg was employed as an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Bear, Stearns &amp; Co. Inc., an investment banking firm, from 1986 to 1988. Mr. Steinberg is the author of Midas Investing, published by Times Books, a division of Random House, Inc. He attended The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ben founded ParaFi in 2018 as one of the earliest investment firms focused on the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem. Prior to founding ParaFi, Ben spent the first 10 years of his career in institutional investing roles at leading asset managers including KKR and TPG. While at KKR, Ben served as a Director in the credit business, investing across a wide array of industry sectors and parts of the capital structure, including distressed special situations, private credit, and opportunistic and liquid credit. Ben also led KKR's blockchain research as part of the firm's Innovation and Disruption Council beginning in 2016. Prior to KKR, Ben served as a Vice President with TPG’s former credit business, Sixth Street Partners. As one of the first investment professionals to join the platform, Ben helped scale its private credit vehicle, TPG Specialty Lending, which went public in 2014. Earlier in his career, Ben was a member of the private equity team at Littlejohn &amp; Company and investment banking team at Rothschild &amp; Co. Mr. Roszak is a blockchain investor, entrepreneur and advocate. Serving in both the public and private sector, Bond brings with her a wealth of strategic, regulatory, and legal experience. Most recently, Bond has served as the global head of policy and regulatory affairs at two fintech companies, where she developed and executed global regulatory strategy for digital assets, blockchain, global payments, and fintech. Bond has engaged directly with global regulators, legislators, and industry associations, in addition to overseeing teams of attorneys and regulatory affairs professionals. Bond also worked at Bloomberg LP, serving as head of global regulatory affairs – and she is an expert in securities, derivatives, banking, and fintech regulation.&nbsp;



Before joining the private sector, Bond served as international counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, with a specific focus on securities and derivatives regulations, the Volcker Rule, and banking and fintech issues. Bond was also a subject matter expert on the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs for the Dodd-Frank Act and its technical corrections bill, and for the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (JOBS Act). In her capacity as Banking Committee counsel, Bond wrote legislation that was enacted into law and oversaw the federal financial regulatory agencies. Bond launched her legal career at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) before practicing law at Hogan Lovells and WilmerHale. Diana Pires is the senior vice president of institutional sales at Crypto.com where she is the driving force behind institutional business development, partnerships and liquidity globally. Diana boasts over eight years of financial sales experience having held positions across the US, Europe and APAC at S&amp;P Global, Numerix and ICE. In 2018 Diana pivoted to the crypto industry as the first institutional sales manager at OKEx, one of the largest crypto exchanges in the world, where she established the institutional sales team and launched institutional events later that year before being named AVP of financial markets. After a brief stint at market maker and liquidity provider B2C2 as head of OTC sales, Diana joined Crypto.com to head the institutional sales team driving the growth of exchange business for the firm.



Today Diana is currently working towards her MSc in Digital Assets &amp; Blockchain and a Leadership &amp; Management Certificate from Wharton online.

Previously, Rob spent over 25 years building and managing global businesses at investment banks, most recently Credit Agricole where he was head of fixed income market sales – Americas (2012-2016) and head of foreign exchange – Americas (2006-2012).&nbsp; During this time, he led the bank’s Dodd-Frank and MiFID regulatory programmes in the Americas.&nbsp; He also served on the Federal Reserve Bank of NY FX Markets Committee (2008-2016) and was Chairman of the Chief Dealers Working Subcommittee and Market Risk Subcommittee.&nbsp;&nbsp;



Earlier roles included global head of foreign exchange sales at Merrill Lynch (2002-2006) and vice president, foreign exchange sales at Goldman Sachs (1996-2002).&nbsp;&nbsp;

Juri joined Foundry as VP of Strategy in March 2021. He comes from Fidelity Investments, where he spent 8 years, most recently as the Director of Bitcoin Mining, building and managing the company's self-mining operation. Prior to that he held research, strategy, and product management roles at Blockchain Incubator within Fidelity Center for Applied Technology. Before that he worked in Fidelity’s internal management consulting unit working on the most strategic projects for the firm's senior leadership, including the Bitcoin/Blockchain strategy project in 2015. Juri graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics.

Prior to joining, Amanda was at Fidelity Investments for six years in various roles, including Director of Bitcoin Mining and Senior Program Manager. During her time at Fidelity, she scaled their mining operations, created bitcoin-focused products, and organized its first Bitcoin-related public events. He previously served as Head of Macro Trading and CFO at Tiger Management with Julian Robertson. Dan began his career at Goldman Sachs as their first Asset-Backed Securities trader. Dan graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and received the Carmichael Prize for his thesis.

Mark Yusko is the Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Morgan Creek Capital Management. He is also the Managing Partner of Morgan Creek Digital. Morgan Creek Capital Management was founded in 2004 and currently manages close to $2 billion in discretionary and non-discretionary assets. Prior to founding Morgan Creek, Mr. Yusko was CIO and Founder of UNC Management Company (UNCMC), the Endowment investment office for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before that, he was Senior Investment Director for the University of Notre Dame Investment Office. Mr. Yusko has been at the forefront of institutional investing throughout his career. An early investor in alternative asset classes at Notre Dame, he brought the Endowment Model of investing to UNC, which contributed to significant performance gains for the Endowment. The Endowment Model is the cornerstone philosophy of Morgan Creek, as is the mandate to Invest in Innovation. Mr. Yusko is again at the forefront of institutional investing through Morgan Creek Digital Assets, which was formed in 2018. Morgan Creek Digital is an early stage investor in blockchain technology, digital currency and digital assets. Mr. Yusko received a BA with Honors from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago.

Dan Tapiero is the Managing Partner, CEO &amp; CIO of 50T. Dan brings 30 years of experience in macro and commodity investing and trading, research and economics, as well as entrepreneurship. Dan has an extensive set of relationships in the institutional investment management space and is a thought leader that regularly speaks and contributes on macroeconomic topics. Before founding 50T, Dan was the managing partner of DTAP Capital Advisors, a global macro investment fund, that he founded in 2003. He is the co-founder of Gold Bullion International (GBI), a physical precious metals platform for the wealth management industry that also expanded into the cryptocurrency universe in 2014. He is a co-founder of the Agricultural Company of America (AGCoA), one of the largest farmland REITs in the U.S. at the time of its sale in 2013. Previously, from 1992-2012, Dan was a macro-focused portfolio manager and analyst at Tiger Management, Duquesne Capital Management, Steinhardt Management Co., and SAC Capital Advisors. Dan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University, where he also earned his B.A.’90 and M.A.’91 in European History. Dan has been on the Board of Trustees of the Lawrenceville School for the past twelve years and currently leads the Investment Committee for its endowment.
