Biser Dimitrov leads the Citi-wide DLT Center of Excellence and Digital Assets Technology in Citi. The COE is an organization with responsibilities to develop best practices and help set standards and policies for DLT. The Digital Asset technology group is responsible for the enablement and implementation of all business use cases that involve blockchain and digital assets across all Citi's business lines from payments to asset servicing and custody.
