Prior to building Phantom, Millman oversaw the growth of the engineering teams at 0x, a decentralized exchange for trading ERC 20 tokens. His teams were responsible for the development of multiple cutting-edge decentralized technologies including 0x's RFQ system which provided tools for professional market makers to provide liquidity, and 0x API, the most performant multi-chain DEX aggregation engine. During Millmans time at 0x, its products powered billions of dollars of trade volume per week. Before crypto, Millman was a senior engineer at Twitter and worked on many product teams spanning recommendations, infrastructure and Twitter for iOS to build out the social medias’ explore, moments, home and search frameworks.
