Ed Felten is Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Offchain Labs, the team behind Arbitrum, a leading Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution. He previously served as Deputy U.S. Chief Technology Officer (2015-2017) and Chief Technologist at the FTC (2011-2012).
