Hugo Philion is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flare Network. Flare is a scalable, EVM based layer 1 blockchain, designed to enable trustless and secure interoperability between any blockchain. Hugo’s previous career was as a derivatives trader managing portfolios at several large funds. Subsequently Hugo studied Machine Learning at University College London where he met Flare's Co-Founders, Sean Rowan and Nairi Usher.
