Jeremy Fox-Geen is Chief Financial Officer at Circle, a global financial technology firm and the issuer of USDC, the leading regulated digital dollar. He leads Circle’s accounting, corporate development and venture capital, FP&A, investor relations, tax, and treasury functions, including Circle’s core liquidity infrastructure and the management of the USDC reserve. Prior to joining Circle in 2021, he was Chief Financial Officer of both iStar (NYSE: STAR) and Safehold (NYSE: SAFE), innovative real estate finance companies. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of McKinsey & Co. North America, where he also served as a leader in the financial services consulting practice, helping clients craft compelling strategies, build effective and efficient organizations, drive value, and manage risk. Other executive leadership roles include banking strategy leader at PwC, with a focus on digital strategy and operating model transformation, and finance transformation leader at Citi. He began his career as an investment banker in London with what is now JPMorgan. He holds an MA in mathematics and philosophy from the University of Oxford
