John Rising is the co-founder and CEO of Stackup, a provider of ERC-4337 and smart account infrastructure. He believes that account abstraction is necessary for blockchains to create an equitable, open, and safe financial system. John is also a leading advocate for ERC-4337 and better account experiences in the Ethereum ecosystem.

Prior to founding Stackup John managed missions for SpaceX, led vehicle engineering at Relativity Space, and designed propulsion systems at Virgin Galactic. He has a masters degree in engineering and management from MIT and an undergraduate degree in engineering from USC.
