Konrad Laesser is Head of Institutional Sales EMEA at Genesis. Konrad is responsible for accelerating Genesis’ client acquisition and revenue expansion strategy within the region.

Konrad began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was an Executive Director within Global Markets. He was an integral member of the Multi-Asset Platform Sales team, where he drove growth strategy by scoping new markets, evaluating customer cohorts, and converting engagement into commercial results. After leaving Goldman Sachs and prior to joining Genesis, Konrad was Head of Cash & Trading at BW Gestao, a leading single-family office. At BW Gestao, he was mandated to build out and scale its global fulfillment capabilities. In this capacity he was responsible for workflow and system design as well as investment/instrument selection.
