Ladan Stewart is a partner in the White Collar and Investigations practice at White & Case and the firm’s Global Head of Fintech. She focuses her practice on SEC and other regulatory enforcement, advisory, and litigation matters, particularly in the crypto and fintech spaces.  Before joining White & Case, Ladan served for over 8 years in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, most recently as Assistant Director and Regional Trial Counsel leading the SEC’s crypto litigation team.
