Pablo is Founder and Managing Partner of CrossRegional Partners and is Co-Founder and CEO of Clave. He has 25 years of global markets and banking experience. Pablo founded CrossRegional in 2015 to address credit scarcity and funding needs for consumers and SME’s in Latin America. Previously, Pablo served as Head of Global Market Sales for the Americas at HSBC Securities (USA) He joined HSBC in 2002 where he held various roles including Head of Fixed Income Sales for the Americas, Head of Emerging Markets Sales and Head of Credit Sales. Pablo started his career at JP Morgan covering hedge funds active in emerging markets. Pablo earned an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a BA from Manhattanville College.
