Raphael is Regulatory Counsel at crypto market maker GSR and has over a decade of experience as a regulatory lawyer across both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining GSR, he was part of  Linklaters' financial regulation group and then spent almost eight years as a senior lawyer at the Bank of England.
