Rob is Co-CEO of B2C2.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, he ran Hibernia Metallum, a consulting firm advising major financial institutions on the set-up, structure and day-to-day operation of capital markets, cryptocurrency and blockchain businesses in the United States.
Previously, Rob spent over 25 years building and managing global businesses at investment banks, most recently Credit Agricole where he was head of fixed income market sales – Americas (2012-2016) and head of foreign exchange – Americas (2006-2012). During this time, he led the bank’s Dodd-Frank and MiFID regulatory programmes in the Americas. He also served on the Federal Reserve Bank of NY FX Markets Committee (2008-2016) and was Chairman of the Chief Dealers Working Subcommittee and Market Risk Subcommittee.
Earlier roles included global head of foreign exchange sales at Merrill Lynch (2002-2006) and vice president, foreign exchange sales at Goldman Sachs (1996-2002).
Rob holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School of Business (1993), with a concentration in Finance and Statistics, and a BA in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University (1986), with a minor in Mathematics.
