Our Interview Process

Our Interview Process

Our hiring process is straightforward and gets to the point. We want both sides to have what they need to make the right call, without wasting time.
Here's what to expect:

🟣 Cultural Connection (30 min)

If your application answers, resume and experience stand out, we start here. This conversation covers:
  • Your background and where you want to go
  • A deeper dive into the role
  • How your goals align with ours
  • Your initial questions about Blockworks

🟣 Technical Connection (45-60 min)

Next, you'll meet with the Hiring Manager or a member of the team to dive deeper:
  • Your expertise and relevant experience
  • Real scenarios you might tackle
  • How you approach challenges
  • Day-to-day responsibilities
This is where we both figure out if there's a technical fit.

🟣 Take-Home Assignment

Nobody loves homework, but there's no better way to show your thinking. We keep it focused and reasonable.
This is your chance to:
  • Show us your best work
  • Reveal your decision-making process
  • Apply your skills to a relevant problem
  • Demonstrate your unique approach

🟣 Presentation & Final Connection (45-60 min)

Last step. You'll meet with the Hiring Manager and team members to:
  • Walk us through your assignment
  • Explain your approach
  • Answer questions from potential teammates
  • Ask anything else you're wondering about
By the end, everyone should have a clear picture of what working together would look like.

Note: This is our standard process, but we might adjust depending on the role. We'll always keep you in the loop if anything changes.

Meta-aggregators like Titan and Kamino Swap improve price execution for users, making the Solana swapping landscape more competitive. Jupiter has incorporated meta-aggregation features into its latest routing engine to keep users on its front end (own the user, own the flow). At large, teams are treating swaps as a commoditized complement, offering incredibly cheap or free swaps to own the end-user and increase demand for high-margin product offerings (multi-product DeFi). On another note, the divergence in the concentration of aggregator volume between DEXs suggests increased specialization at the DEX layer by asset type.
