That is why we give every employee a hardware stipend to buy the tools that work best for their personal preferences and work styles. The stipend refreshes every two years and the tools are yours to keep should you ever move on from Blockworks.
How it Works
Every employee is provided with a stipend for them to use to purchase the hardware that they believe will help them be the most effective in their role.
- If you want to use those funds to buy a laptop, great!
- If you want to use those funds to buy parts and build your own machine, great!
- If you want to use those funds to buy a tablet and a new monitor, great!
The point is that the tools you choose are completely up to you to select, so you can make sure you have the right resources that work well for your role and for your workflow.
