🏥 Healthcare Coverage Benefits
We are proud to offer you a choice among four different medical plans that provide comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage. Regardless of your situation, we have plans to fit with solutions that range from no monthly premium for employees to HSA options for your whole family. These plans also offer many resources and tools to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the course of the year, in addition to reactive care.
These benefits are effective the 1st of the Month, following your start date.
- Common services that are 100% covered in-network: preventative physical exams (yearly physical); screenings (hearing, vision, HIV, blood pressure, bone density, STIs)*; immunizations (influenza, measles, chickenpox, HPV, whooping cough)*; women’s preventative care (well-woman visits, contraceptive counseling, HPV screening, breastfeeding support & certain supplies). Note that certain screenings and immunizations will depend on age.
- National Coverage: Our plans offer access to a robust national network at competitive rates that covers your employees everywhere in the continental U.S.
- No Referrals Needed: Because our plans are non-gated, employees can see specialists immediately.
- Convenient and Efficient: Most plan members have convenient access to retail pharmacies and walk-in clinics nationwide.

🦷 Dental Coverage Benefits
ll full-time Blockworks employees have access to dental insurance in partnership with Sequoia One. Dental coverage helps pay for the cost of routine checkups and most other types of dental work you might need.
👓 Vision Coverage Benefits
All full-time Blockworks employees have access to vision benefits in partnership with Sequoia One. Vision coverage helps pay for the cost of periodic eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and more.
🪦 Supplemental Life, AD&D, and Disability
Blockworks offers three types of benefits that will help protect you and your family from your loss of income due to unforeseen circumstances.
🪦 Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Disability (AD&D) Insurance
Every Blockworks employee is automatically covered with basic life insurance. Everyone is covered at 1 x Salary or $250,000 (whichever is lower).
🛟 Voluntary Term Life Insurance
We know that everyone has different needs for life insurance. You can apply for your own additional term life insurance through Ladder.
🩼 Disability Insurance
Should you become ill or disabled and unable to work, Blockworks provides disability insurance to help you get by. All leave must be approved by a treating physician and align with applicable state programs.
