Here at Blockworks, we have a flexible paid time off policy that does not limit the number of vacation days you can take.
In fact, we expect all employees to take at least 20 days of paid time off per year in addition to US National Holidays.

🇺🇲 National Holidays
Blockworks formally recognizes over 10 national holidays. We recognize that employees may also have their own holidays they observe outside this list and Blockworks respects and encourages employees to take the time they need.
❤️🩹 Health Days
Your mental and physical health is incredibly important. We know that it is unrealistic to be productive when you aren't feeling your best. No matter what issue is ailing you, if you're not feeling well, you're not going to be bringing your best self to work.
At Blockworks, we don’t have a set number of sick days you can use. Rather, we encourage you to take the time you need to care for yourself or a family member within reason.
👶 Parental Leave
We offer 14 weeks of Paid Parental Leave to employees who have been with the business for at least a year after the birth, adoption, or assumption of legal guardianship of a child; for employees with less than a year of service, conditional accommodations may be made.
Paid benefits run concurrently with state-provided benefits; Blockworks will “top off” any payments received by the state to make the employee “whole” on their salary for 14 weeks.
