Even though we're remote-first, we still have office space in New York, and we plan to explore more physical locations as our team expands and we hit critical mass in certain cities.
Core Working Hours
Blockworks is a global company with team members collaborating across the globe. Keeping everyone aligned across timezones can be difficult, but to help, we have core business hours for our team members in North America:
Core working hours are based on the North American time zone of 11 am to 5 pm EST.
Designated ‘No Internal Meetings’ Day
Time is one of our most precious resources, and being a remote-first team means we have to be intentional about how we work to maximize that resource.
Meetings are critical for collaboration, but too many of them too frequently can make prioritizing time for creativity, well-being, and deep work difficult. To help ensure we're not in back-to-back Zoom meetings all week, Blockworks is committed to having No Internal Meeting Fridays (NIMF).
