Our goal is to provide a clearly communicated and easy-to-understand development path for all BW team members that provides the opportunity for everyone to actively engage and lead in their own development.

At Blockworks, we believe the single greatest waste is unused human potential. Two philosophies are at the heart of how we view growth at Blockworks:

Growth and Application

Each team member carries with them a unique combination of talents and skills. We believe that the development and application of those talents and skills across Blockworks will continue to be what sets us apart as we build the future we want to work in. We want to help you build your skills, and we want you to continue to share them with us.

Building Learning Agility

One of the most important things for us to focus on for the future is building the concept of learning agility, seeking out and learning from unfamiliar experiences, and then applying those lessons to succeed in the next new situation. We don’t know what the future holds, but we know we need to get better at getting better.

🔀 Pathways for Growth

Too often, the only pathway to growth is through people leadership, moving from an individual contributor to a manager. While people leadership is a critical growth pathway, it isn't always the right approach for everyone, not to mention the fact there are only a few limited opportunities.
At Blockworks, we have two pathways for growth:

Functional Leadership

Gaining mastery over your specific craft while also providing a higher impact as you grow.

People Leadership

Gaining mastery over your craft of owning and being accountable for providing people and departmental leadership.
These two pathways work in tandem to give everyone at Blockworks a path for growth that best serves their ambitions, skills, and the needs of the organization.

Suilend has grown into the top money market and liquid staking provider on Sui. STEAMM, Suilend’s Superfluid AMM, presents a compelling avenue for growing market share within Sui’s DEX landscape and revenue generation for the protocol. Suilend’s multi-product suite position it well for owning market share across key verticals. While current metrics across the Sui ecosystem are likely inflated due to Sui Foundation incentive programs, SEND trades at amongst the lowest multiples in the lend/borrow sector, suggesting that a bull case for continued growth in the ecosystem may be mispriced.
