Empire just got even better because host Jason Yanowitz added a weekly round-up episode featuring a new co-host, Santiago Roel Santos.

Santiago is known as a brilliant crypto investor and early mover in DeFi. He’s considered to be years ahead of the pack and one of the first and most prominent voices for DeFi.

Each Friday, the new weekly round-up will cover the top stories and narratives from the past week. Jason and Santiago will deep-dive into all aspects of crypto, including DeFi, bitcoin, NFTs, the metaverse, ETH, layer-2s and more.

In today’s episode, Santiago and Jason cover layer-1 wars, PleasrDAO bidding on Ross Ulbricht’s NFT collection, ETH/BTC hitting cycle highs, decentralization maxis, permissioned DeFi and nuclear energy.

Check out what they had to say in the video below. 👇

Empire is a twice-a-week show. On Thursdays, Jason interviews crypto industry movers and shakers to talk about their struggles, bold moves and tough decisions. Friday’s weekly round-up episodes feature co-host, Santiago Roel Santos and cover the top news from the past week.
