We group validators into operating entities, a single entity may control and operate multiple validator keys (often thousands to hundreds of thousands). While the underlying Ethereum protocol tracks validators at the 32 ETH level, this analysis aggregates by entity-level operators to reflect real-world control and coordination risk.

Superminority is the set of validator entities that make up 33.33% of the network's stake. This threshold is significant because if they were to fail or collude this could lead to a network disruption.
