Lending Markets

This figure tracks the total value of assets that are deposited into SparkLend, including supply and collateral. This value includes the total supply eligible to be lent out, total value of collateral, and interest that has accrued on outstanding loans.

Spark: Total Deposits

This metric tracks the total value of all outstanding loans at a given time, including the interest that has accrued on the position.

Utlization rate indicates the percent of total eligible assets currently on loan. 

Spark does not have dedicated balances for supply and collateral, since collateral is rehypothocated. Here, we assume that **supply = deposits / 2** since collateral is always greater than or equal to the value of the loan.

Spark: Utilization Rate

Collateralization Ratio indicates the extent to which outstanding loans are backed by deposited collateral. A higher ratio suggests greater security for lenders.  

Spark does not track dedicated collateral in isolated markets, and collateral can be rehypothocated to fund lending activity. Here collateral is calculated as the remaining deposited liquidity after removing borrows.

The average Annual Percentage Yield (APY) for borrowing DAI, USDS, USDT and USDC, weighted by the total borrowed amount of each stablecoin.
