Direct means that the traded was directly executed onchain on the launchpad pool. This is an upper-bound estimate of the amount of order flow from a launchpad's front-end.

There can be examples where a user has off-chain logic to call a launchpad's API to trade from instead of their front-end. Onchain this would look like "Direct" even though they didn't trade from launchpad's front-end.
