Mode: Optimism Collective Fee Split

As part of the membership in the Optimism Superchain, Mode has a revenue share agreement with the Optimism Collective. Mode distributes the greater of 2.5% of total sequencer revenue (L2 Base Fees plus L2 Priority Fees) or 15% of its net onchain sequencer revenue (less L1 Operator Payments).

Total Sequencer Revenue only accounts for L2 Base Fees and L2 Priority Fees, notably excluding the L1 Fees charged to the users.
